The Cattleya Guest House Sigiriya

Enjoyed some yummy fruit juices and fresh fruit on the terrace 🍹. the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, which helped us have a really good night's sleep.

The breakfast is awesome served with fruit and honey and the best coconut.

Amiable people.

Private and great accommodation with amazing setting near to a beautiful garden with peacocks and birds and Pidurangala and the mountain. Free parking outside provided. Not to mention strong wifi!

The staff was really kind and excellent all the time, and the food we tried was brilliant with a wide array of meals to choose from during our one-night stay.

The staff were amicable, doing great job. Overall it was well-equipped and impeccably clean with a nice veranda leading to a green backyard.

This place is conveniently located just half a mile from the airport, and the room has a lovely veranda that opens up to a lush green backyard.

The Cattleya Guest House had car hire available, perfect for my lazy, I-mean-convenient, self. Cycling in the area? Nah, I would rather stay in bed and enjoy the view from my room.

My only complaint? Too much fresh air.

The hotel's location is great, close to restaurants and bars. the rooms are well-equipped and very clean, with AC and a private garden. the staff is friendly and helpful when needed.

The rooms at the Cattleya Guest House Sigiriya are quiet and absolutely fantastic, especially with nice bathrooms and four-poster beds. the hotel's location is great, right by the lake and jungle, as well as near tourist attractions. It's in a very peaceful area.

The terrace offers a diverse selection of food, and the location facing the jungle is fantastic.

This place is great and lovely, with big and modern rooms, beautiful large king-size beds, Wi-Fi, a private garden, and excellent staff.

The hospitality shown by the owner and his family was really good. They were so sweet, polite, and accommodating, making us feel at home. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to Lion Rock and surrounded by nature. We even had the chance to see elephants passing through the nearby wild area. The food was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast and dinner served daily. The garden added to the peaceful and at one with nature ambiance of the place. this was our favorite stay in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend it. I highly recommend this hotel.

our stay at the cattleya guest house was absolutely fantastic. the clean rooms, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast exceeded our expectations. the owner and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. the location near lion rock was perfect. it truly was our favorite stay in sigiriya.

Wow! What an amazing stay! the room was spacious and super clean, with a comfy bed and a beautiful garden view from the terrace. the owner, Ashoka, was so helpful and friendly, giving us great tips for our trips and organizing drivers for us at a fair price. the homemade food prepared by the family was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast lasted us the whole day. the location was perfect, quiet yet still close to all the attractions. Plus, we even saw monkeys and heard wild peacocks nearby - so cool!

The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we had local SIM cards. It just took a bit longer to upload photos and browse websites.
